Ordinary people have family and friends and neighbours and they don’t want everybody to know that they are common thieves who steal what you and I pay for.
Ordinary people don’t want embarrassing phone calls, mails, fines. The purpose of the initiatives we see all over the globe is to stop *ordinary* people from stealing.
